TSHR - "Hydra-Rib" bearings designed to maintain optimum spindle preload


TSHR
  • This bearing has a floating outer race rib, positioned by hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, allowing to maintain required preload regardless of the system temperature expansion.
  • Designed for wide range of loads and speeds.
  • For use in applications where constant preload setting is predominant
For many applications, notably in the machine tool industry; usually mounted in tail position together with TSMA or TS bearing in nose position



High speed bearing TSMA (with axially drilled oil holes)


TSMA
  • Designed for extreme high speed capability, where conventional bearings are not applicable.
  • The TSMA is a single-row bearing with a special provision for lubrication of the critical roller-rib contact area to ensure adequate lubrication at high speeds.
